OK Humane & TNR
We are currently accepting a total of 15 walk-in appointments per day Monday – Friday for feral or community cats with a limit of 3 cats per vehicle. Pricing for these cats is $40 which covers the cost of surgery, a rabies vaccination, and an ear tip. Drop-off is between 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. and pick-up is the same day between 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. This pricing is available to any person trapping feral and free-roaming cats for “TNR”, regardless of home address or income. An ear tip is mandatory to receive this pricing and to be eligible for a walk-in appointment, with no exceptions. These spots are on a first-come, first-served basis, and each cat must arrive in their own secure cat trap or front-loading secure hard-sided carrier. If a cat arrives in a cardboard box, plastic bin, or wire dog crate, a carrier that is oversized, or if there are multiple cats in one trap/carrier, they will be turned away. This is for the safety of the cats, as they can escape these carriers. Please no litter, food, or water in traps or carriers upon arrival. You will need to wait 24 hours before releasing your cat back outside, as they will be disoriented from sedation. For any animal not picked up by 5:00 p.m., there will be a $25 late fee and any animal remaining at the clinic past 5:30 p.m. will be charged a $50 boarding fee.
Our clinic’s address is 4301 Will Rogers Parkway, OKC, OK 73108. For drop off and pick up we operate as a curbside drive through line. Please follow the arrows in our parking lot and wait in your vehicle in the line of cars or pull up to the door as indicated by the signage in the window of our building
If you do not wish for your cat to receive an ear tip you will need to schedule the cat for a non-TNR spay or neuter surgery appointment online through our Spay & Neuter page and they will not be eligible for the discounted price.

Oklahoma City Community TNR Program
The City of Oklahoma City also offers a Trap Neuter Release (TNR) program for feral cats, known to some as the Community Cat Program. If you live inside of Oklahoma City limits you are eligible to bring your community cat to Oklahoma City Animal Welfare on Tuesday – Saturday between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Your cat will be spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination and an ear tip, and be returned to the address you provide them at no charge to you.
The TNR program helps manage free-roaming cat populations without harming them and can eventually lead to a humane end to a cat overpopulation situation in local neighborhoods. Oklahoma City Animal Welfare encourages the public to take part in this program.

Cats can be brought to the OKC Animal Shelter at 2811 SE 29th St. Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm for no charge for any OKC metro area resident.
